[End-users provide consent to receive messages from Blueciate Inc through a clear, TCPA-compliant opt-in process facilitated by the SMSNXT platform. For clients without a website, SMSNXT provides a hosted digital consent form under its secure domain (e.g., Subscribe for SMS Alerts). Users voluntarily submit their mobile number through this form, where they are clearly informed about the purpose of the messages, message frequency, and opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”). Each opt-in requires a clear action (such as checking a consent box and submitting the form), and the SMSNXT system automatically records the timestamp, IP address, client name, and consent source for compliance verification. Upon submission, users receive a confirmation message acknowledging their enrollment. Users may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or requesting removal, which is processed automatically and logged by SMSNXT for audit tracking.
